Seaweed Guacamole [BF]

Ingredients


1 clove(s) Garlic (grated or minced)
1/4 small Red onion (finely diced)
3 tomato Cherry Tomatoes (optional, diced)
1 sheet Seaweed, nori (can use packet of roasted seaweed)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (chopped into cubes and lightly mashed)
1/2 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh)
1/2 tsp Sea salt

Instructions


  1. Place garlic, onion and tomatoes into a bowl.
  2. Using your hands, crumble the roasted sheet of seaweed into the bowl.
  3. Add in the chopped avocado, salt and lime juice.
  4. Stir and serve!
