Seaweed Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 can (13.5 oz) Artichoke hearts, canned (drained)
1 package (10oz) Frozen spinach
2 tsp Garlic (minced)
3/4 cup Mayonnaise, low fat
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tbsp Seaweed, wakame, dried
3/4 cup Sour cream, light


Preheat your oven to 375 F.

Thaw the spinach and squeeze it dry.

Spray a casserole dish and set it to the side. Combine spinach with artichoke hearts, seaweed, and Parmesan.

Add in the rest of the ingredients, mixing them well.

Bake for about 25 minutes.

Serve with toast or crackers for dipping.
