Ingredients


1 tbsp Anchovy paste (1 tbsp of paste)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard (one big squirt)
1 clove(s) Garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/3 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated (heaping (aka really full))
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 head Lettuce, romaine (1 lrg head or two small heads for 2 people)
2 cup pieces Button mushrooms

Instructions


Chop romaine lettuce into desired pieces and add to large bowl.

Add sliced mushrooms.

For dressing, combine ingredients in a jar with lid and shake like crazy!

Drizzle over salad, mix and enjoy! :)
