1 slice Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9
1/4 cup Hummus (bean base of choice)
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (or everything bagel seasoning)
1/2 cup Arugula (optional)

Instructions


  1. Toast your bread. Then top with hummus, hemp seeds, and sunflower seeds! Devour immediately.

Notes:

Top with your favorite veggies such as radishes, bell pepper for extra fiber
