| 2 tbsp | Soy sauce, tamari |

1. Heat olive oil in a large deep pan on medium. Add spinach and tamari. Add in a few spoonfuls of water if there is not enough liquid. Cook stirring until just wilted.
2. Remove from heat and add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
