Sautéed Spinach with Tamari and Sesame Seeds

Flavourful Asian-inspired side dish perfect with grilled salmon, tofu or tempeh.


1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
10 cup Spinach
2 tbsp Soy sauce, tamari
2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Sesame seeds


1. Heat olive oil in a large deep pan on medium. Add spinach and tamari. Add in a few spoonfuls of water if there is not enough liquid. Cook stirring until just wilted.


2. Remove from heat and add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
