1 cup Coconut oil (melted)
1 cup Shakeology, Chocolate
1/2 cup Coconut oil (for peanut butter layer)
1/2 cup Peanut butter, powder (for peanut butter layer)


  1. In a medium-sized glass mixing bowl stir together the coconut oil and Shakeology chocolate powder, until well combined. 
  2. Add one teaspoon of the chocolate mixture to each section of a silicone financier (mini bar/treat) mold that has been sprayed with coconut oil.
  3. In a separate medium-sized glass mixing bowl, Stir together the remaining coconut oil with the peanut butter powder, until well combines.
  4. Add one teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer in each section of the silicone mold.
  5. Place the mold in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before serving. 
  6. Repeat steps 2,4, and 5 as necessary, depending on the number of silicone molds on hand and mold capacity.
  7. Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
