Salad in a 1 liter Marson Jar. You can add delete or make it your own....as long as its in a jar:)

Ingredients


1/2 cup Spinach (whole or chopped)
1/4 cup shredded Red cabbage
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
1/4 cup grated Carrots
1/4 cup Cucumber (chopped)
1/4 cup Red bell pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp Avocado oil (or olive oil)
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 clove(s) Garlic (Minced)
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (or favorite seed)
1/2 tsp Oregano, fresh (optional)

Instructions


Add Oil, Vinegar, Garlic, Herbs to the bottom of the mason jar.

Layer all ingredients starting with the most dense vegetable. Leafy greens on top.

ie. Cucumber, Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Cabbage, and Leafy Greens.

Get CREATIVE add a protein or favorite vegetables! 

Will store and stay fresh in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
