341 gm Shrimp, raw (large, peeled, deveined; pat dry)
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 cup Frozen green peas (cooked)
1 bunch Basil, fresh (chopped)
142 gm Baby spinach (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cup Pasta, penne, whole wheat, dry (cooked)

Instructions


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high.
  2. Place shrimp in skillet, season with pepper, and cook 2 minutes per side.
  3. Add peas, basil, and spinach and toss until spinach is wilted.
  4. Add lemon juice, Parmesan, and pasta. Toss to combine.
