A nutritious way to add a good portion of greens to your meal!
Ingredients

Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun)
1/2 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup grated
Carrots
3 medium
Radish
(sliced)
Instructions
Wash salad greens or purchase pre-washed/cut salad greens and top with shredded carrots and radishes.
Place in bowl and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve!
Notes:
No olive oil or balsamic vinaigrette
you can add any dressing of your choice
