Ingredients


57 gm Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun)
1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup grated Carrots
3 medium Radish (sliced)

Instructions


  1. Wash salad greens or purchase pre-washed/cut salad greens and top with shredded carrots and radishes.
  2. Place in bowl and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve! 

 

Notes:

No olive oil or balsamic vinaigrette 

you can add any dressing of your choice
