1 cup Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
1 cup Kale (or spinach)
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
2 scoop Protein Powder, Bulletproof Collagen (or 15-20 g worth of protein from powder of choice)

Instructions


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If too thick, add a splash more milk or water.

Pour into two serving glasses and enjoy!
