500 gm Ricotta cheese
4 large egg Egg
4 tbsp Granulated sugar

Instructions


  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl
  2. Add sugar and mix in
  3. Add ricotta and mix in
  4. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius)
  5. Coat a baking pen with margarine or butter and flower to reduce stickiness
  6. Pour the mix into a non-stick baking pen
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes
  8. Reduce the temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit  (150 degrees Celsius) and bake for another 35-40 minutes
