Simple Flourless Ricotta Pie

500 gm Ricotta cheese
4 large egg Egg
4 tbsp Granulated sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC) and coat non-stick baking pan with a spray of oil.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Add sugar and mix in, then the ricotta and pour into pan.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, then reduce temperature to 300oF (150oC) and bake for another 35-40 minutes.
