Simple French Toast

4 slice Italian Bread (You can use any bread!)
4 large egg Egg
2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, without alcohol
4 tbsp Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F. (doesn't have to be 2%)
4 tsp Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F. (yes, we mentioned milk twice)
1 dash Salt (a dash, if you would like)
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure


Slice bread into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces.

Whisk all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Dip bread slices into egg mixture a couple of times making sure to flip them over at least once until they are fully covered and soaked with egg mixture.

Heat small amount of oil (we like coconut oil) in fry pan on medium heat.

Cook French Toast until both sides are golden brown.
