Simple Mason Jar Salad

2 small stalk(s) Celery (chopped)
1/4 cup chopped Carrots
1/4 cup Cucumber (sliced)
1/4 cup chopped Yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped Tomato
2 green onion (stem) Green onion, scallion, ramp (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon juice (dressing)
3 tbsp Olive oil (dressing)
1 pinch Salt (dressing)
1 dash Black pepper (dressing)


1. Make lemon dressing in separate small jar and shake.

2. Pop lemon dressing in the bottom of the salad jar and layer veggies in order above.

3. Seal and store in fridge.

4. To serve shake up to cover the salad with the dressing or dump on a plate.
