4 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/3 cup Sliced almonds
1/3 cup Walnuts
1/3 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 cup Figs, dried (optional; or any dried fruit you like)
1/2 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)

Instructions


1. Mix all ingredient together in a mason jar.

 

2. Use 1/3 cup as one serving and mix with your choice of nut milk!
