No-Bake Oat Spice Cookie Balls

A simple and nutritious no sugar added alternative to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients


3 1/3 cup One Degree Sprouted Rolled Oats (GF) (1 cup of dry oats)
4 date pitted Medjool date (4 large dates or about 8 small dates)
1/2 tbsp Coconut oil (you can increase to 1 tbsp if your dough is not sticking together)
1 tsp Allspice, ground

Instructions


Recipe Yield: 12 small cookie balls Serving Size: 2 cookie balls


1. place all ingredients in a food processor or blender on CHOP until oats and dates are finely ground but not pulverized.

(3 x 1/3 of a cup is about 1 cup of raw uncooked oats)

2. Spoon mixture out of the mixer into your hand in small balls. Roll in your hands until a smooth ball forms where all ingredients are sticking together without falling apart, then place in an air-tight tupperware container.

3. Let sit for 10-minutes then enjoy or save for later.

Notes:

NOTES:

- use 1 tbsp of maple syrup instead of dates if you prefer.

- Store in an air-tight tupperware on the counter up to 10 days. Store in the fridge up to 14-days.

- add 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder to increase protein content.
