| 1 cup | Turnip (raw, thinly sliced into matchsticks or shredded) |
| 1 cup | Apple (thinly sliced into matchsticks or shredded) |
| 1 cup | Carrots (thinly sliced into matchsticks or shredded) |
| 1/2 cup | Green onion (chopped) |
| 1/4 tsp | Flake Salt |
| 2 tbsp | Apple cider vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1. Rinse, scrub and peel turnip, apple and carrots. Then thinly chop into matchsticks. (You can also use a grater for this) Add to a medium size salad bowl.
2. Rinse and chop green onion, add to bowl.
3. Add apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and flake salt.
4. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
