Simple Scrumptious Greek Salad

1 1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (diced)
1/4 cup Dill, fresh
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup, crumbled Goat feta cheese
4 olive(s) Kalamata olives (sliced)
1 tbsp Oregano, dried
1/4 cup Pistachio nuts
1/4 medium Red onion (sliced)
2 tbsp Red wine vinegar (to taste)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)
4 cup sliced Tomato (mixture of varieties)


Combine diced cucumber, sliced tomatoes, crumbled feta and dried oregano.

Mix olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, red onion, and red wine vinegar.

Let sit in a bowl for 10 minutes before adding to salad.

Serve and enjoy!
