|1 medium pepper(s)||Red bell pepper (chopped or sliced)|

|1 dash||Salt and pepper|
1. Over medium-high heat, melt ghee in a large skillet.
2. Add onions, peppers and zucchini to the skillet, cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes and seasonings and cook for 1-2 minutes until warm.
