Simple Starter Elixir

2 cup Water (Spring)
1 tsp Chaga Tea (ground)
1 tsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil
1/4 cup Walnuts
1 tbsp Honey, raw
1 tbsp Dried goji berries
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1 tsp Vanilla bean powder
1 tsp Marine phytoplankton
1 tsp Mucuna powder
1 tsp Shilajit powder


Make the chaga tea, and let cool. Note that you don't have to discard of the ground chaga - blend it all up in the next step.

Mix everything into a high-powered blender and enjoy.

A few notes on the ingredient choices:

  • Cacao helps you feel good thanks to its phenylethylamines
  • Marine phytoplankton helps to regenerate stem cells
  • Vanilla has the materials that levitate 
  • Goji berries add bulk without the fat
  • Mucuna is especially good for dopamine problems (has L-dopa)
  • Shilajit is a "destroyer of weakness" and detoxifier
