3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1/4 cup Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup halves Strawberries (Fresh or frozen)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (optional)


  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into a pretty dish or to-go container
  2. Top the yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberry halves (or fruit of choice).
  3. For added flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin/apple pie spice.
