Simple Yogurt and Berries

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 cup Granola
1/4 cup Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup halves Strawberries (Fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp Walnuts (crushed)


  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into a dish or container
  2. Top the yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberry halves (or fruit of choice).
  3. For added flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin/apple pie spice.

  • No blueberries or strawberries? No problem! Swap them out for raspberries and blackberries, peaches, or diced mango instead!
