Health Highlights

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1/4 cup Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Raspberries (Fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth (or nut butter of choice)
1/3 cup Granola
1 tbsp Walnuts (crushed)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen berries in a bowl or glass container and thaw in the microwave, for about 40-60 seconds. Alternatively, rinse fresh berries in a colander and add to bowl/container.
  2. Spoon the Greek yogurt and peanut butter into the bowl or container and stir to combine.
  3. Top the yogurt mixture with granola, crushed walnuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes:

  • Mix up the flavor with strawberries, blackberries, peaches, diced mango, or banana slices.
  • Time saver: place your frozen fruit in a bowl in the fridge, or rinse your fresh fruit, the night before. Alternatively, you can mix all of the ingredients, except the granola, in a mason jar or glass container the night before and package the granola separately for an easy grab-and-go breakfast the next morning!
