1 cup slices Zucchini
6 small tomato(s) Grape tomatoes
3/4 cup Kelp (kombu, tangle) seaweed, raw (noodles)
1/2 cup Cilantro (coriander) (fresh)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp Salt (organic, pink)
1 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil (for frying)

Instructions


Heat coconut oil in pan and throw in all of the veggies and seasonings - fry on medium heat for about 5-10 minutes and you're good to go!
