Ingredients


1/2 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free (rolled)
1 pinch Salt (tsp)
1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened (can sub with (yogurt; or mashed banana))
1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
29 gm Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
29 gm dark chocolate chips sugar free (handful mini)
1 tbsp Almond butter (1-2 tbsp)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 380 F. Stir together all ingredients. Pour into a greased or lined small baking pan, loaf pan, oven-safe dish, or two 1/2-cup ramekins. Cook for 20 min, or until firm. I like to then broil for 3 minutes, but you can just bake longer if you’d prefer.View Nutrition Facts
