Ingredients


567 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (cut into thin strips)
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste - can use seasoning of choice like Montreal Chicken Seasoning)
1 dash Black pepper (to taste - can use seasoning of choice like Montreal Chicken Seasoning)
794 gm Chicken broth (stock), low sodium (2 14 oz cans - organic)
454 gm Frozen yellow corn kernels (1 package - organic)
1 can (10 oz) Tomatoes and green chiles, canned (diced)
1 medium White onion (chopped)
1 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (chopped)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt (or to taste)
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. 

2. Sprinkle with seasoning and toss to coat. 

3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until chicken and vegetables are tender.
