Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
1 piece, 1-inch
Ginger root
(finely chopped)
1 dash
Black pepper
(to taste)
1 pinch
Sea Salt
(to taste)
1 bunch
Swiss chard
(chopped and lightly sauteed in 1/2 tbsp butter and pinch salt)
2 medium
Beefsteak tomato
(diced)
3 tbsp
Cilantro (coriander)
(finely minced)
2 avocado(s)
Avocado
(pitted and sliced)
6 tbsp
Kimchi
(or other shredded; of your choice)
6 tbsp
Skyr plain yogurt
(use sheep milk yogurt or full-fat alternative milk yogurt)
1 fruit
Lime
(cut into wedges)
6 medium tortilla(s)
Tortilla, gluten-free
(warmed)
Instructions
Cook steak to desired temperature with butter, salt/pepper, spices desired, ginger and coco aminos. To each taco, add 1/3lb steak, 1/3 avocado, 1 Tbsp kimchi, 1 Tbsp yogurt, some tomatoes and cilantro. Squeeze some lime and enjoy!
