1 avocado(s) Avocado (peeled and sliced)
2 medium Navel orange (seedless, peeled and segmented)
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh (chopped for garnish - can also use cilantro)
1 tbsp Sesame seeds (lightly toasted for garnish)
3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (for sauce)
1/4 cup Tahini (for sauce)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard (for sauce)
2 tbsp Water (for sauce)
2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (for sauce - chopped)
1 tsp Lemon juice (for sauce)
1/2 tsp Cumin (for sauce - ground)

Instructions


Orange + Avocado Slices:

Alternate avocado slices with orange segments on four salad plates.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon Tahini Yogurt Sauce over each salad.

Garnish with parsley or cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Tahini Yogurt Sauce:

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process or blend until smooth. Sauce should be the consistency of thick cream.

If sauce is too thick to drizzle, you may need to add 1–2 teaspoons water.
