Ingredients


3 tsp Olive oil
1 medium White onion (chopped)
1 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (chopped)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
454 gm Beef, ground, lean
426 gm Tomato puree, canned
1 tbsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Cumin (ground)

Instructions


1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil when hot.
2. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic, and sauté until tender.
3. Add ground beef, and continue to cook until beef starts to brown (stir occasionally)
4. Finally, stir in tomato purée, chili powder and ground cumin.
5. Remove from heat and serve when beef is cooked through and tomoato sauce is hot.
6. Serve in lettuce cups and enjoy!
