1 dash Black pepper
1 dash Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 clove(s) Garlic (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1 medium White onion (finely chopped)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
1 can (14oz) Lentils, canned (drained, rinsed)
1 can(s) (13oz) Diced tomatoes, canned
1 small can Tomato paste, canned


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and add to crockpot.
  2. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or low for 5 to 7 hours, depending on the settings of your pot.
  3. Serve on whole grain buns, or on a sweet potato! Can be used as a dip too! Enjoy!
