1/2 kg Beef loin steak, lean (grass-fed, cut into strips)
1/4 cup Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (a soy sauce alternative)
1/4 cup Bone broth, Organic (beef)
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Coconut oil (melted)
4 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
2 florets Broccoli florets

Instructions


In a slow cooker, combine coconut aminos, broth, vinegar, and coconut oil. Stir in garlic and red-pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper. Add beef and stir coat, Add broccoli and stir again.

Cook on low for 6 hours.
