1/4 cup | Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (a soy sauce alternative) |
1/4 cup | Bone broth, Organic (beef) |
2 tbsp | Apple cider vinegar |
2 tsp | Coconut oil (melted) |
4 clove(s) | Garlic (minced) |
1/4 tsp | Crushed red pepper |
2 florets | Broccoli florets |
In a slow cooker, combine coconut aminos, broth, vinegar, and coconut oil. Stir in garlic and red-pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper. Add beef and stir coat, Add broccoli and stir again.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
