341 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
3 3/4 cup Bone broth, Organic
3 medium Carrots (chopped)
1/2 cup Wild rice, dry (rinsed)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3/4 leaf Bay leaf (optional)
3 cup Kale (stems removed, chopped)
1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning
1/2 cup Green onion (diced, green parts only)

Instructions


  1. Add the chicken, bone broth, carrot, rice, salt, and bay leaves, if using, into the slow cooker. Cook on high for at least 4 hours or on low for approximately 6 hours.
  2. Stir in the kale just before serving and adjust seasoning as needed. Remove bay leaves. Enjoy!
