1/2 cup Avocado oil
1/2 cup Gluten free flour (cassava root)
454 gm Sausage, Andouille ( 3 links, chopped)
2 breast Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (chopped)
4 cup Bone broth, Organic (Chicken)
2 cup Okra (chopped)
2 cup Diced tomatoes, canned (fresh or canned)
4 small pepper(s) Green bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup chopped Baby carrots
1 1/2 cup Potato (chopped)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1/2 tsp, leaves Thyme, dried
1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
3 leaf Bay leaf
1 tsp Sea salt, fine
1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions


  1. In a medium saucepan on medium, combine flour and oil. Whisk often to create a dark roux. About 15 minutes.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6–8 hours.
  3. Serve over riced cauliflower or brown rice. (optional)
