Ingredients


3/4 cup Chili sauce, hot
1 chile Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (chopped)
1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 cup Frozen yellow corn kernels
4 leaf Lettuce, romaine (whole and cleaned)
1 can(s) (15oz) Pinto beans, canned (drained)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 large Tomato (chopped, for topping)
1 small can Tomato paste, canned
227 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled

Instructions



Put everything accept lettuce in the crockpot. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours or on high 1-1/2 to 2 hours.

Shred chicken with two forks, right in the pot. Divide into 4 servings and place in lettuce leaves and top with fresh tomatoes.
