Slow Cooker Honey Dijon Pork Chops & Red Potatoes

4 chop (151 g) Pork chop, loin centre cut, bone-in, lean
4 large potato(s) Red potato
1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Honey, raw
1/2 tsp Onion powder
2 cup Chicken broth (stock)
2 cup Green/yellow string beans, raw (or carrots)


Combine all ingredients except chicken broth into a freezer safe bag. Mix well.


When ready to cook thaw in the refrigerator overnight.

Place into slow cooker and add ½ cup chicken broth.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
