Instructions
Heat olive oil in a small frying pan. In a small bowl, scramble the eggs.
Cut the salmon into small pieces. Add the eggs, salmon, and spinach to the pan and cook for several minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, season with salt and pepper, and top with avocado.
Eggs are a high-quality protein and an excellent source of vitamin B. Salmon is an excellent source of protein and it has a high content of Omega 3.
