Ingredients


4 gm Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun) (handful; lamb’s; or rocket, or mix)
100 gm Pacific salmon, fillets, raw ((100g) smoked; torn)
10 ball(s) Mozzarella cheese (mini; torn)
10 medium Strawberries (halved)
1 bunch Basil, fresh (handful)
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Honey mustard

Instructions


  • Divide the lettuce leaves between two plates. Add the torn smoked salmon and mozzarella balls as well as the strawberries and basil leaves.
  • Mix all the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salads. Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve.
