|1 cup||Mixed berries (Frozen)|
|1 small||Banana (ripe)|
|2 tbsp||Coconut milk (up to 3 tbsp)|
|1 scoop||Whey protein powder, unflavoured (or pea protein powder - optional)|
|1/4 cup||Mixed berries (For the topping)|
|1/4 cup||Granola (For the topping - see my easy no bake granola recipe)|
|1 tbsp||Coconut, shredded, unsweetened (For the topping)|
|1 tbsp hulled||Hemp seeds, shelled (For the topping - optional)|
|1 tbsp||Chia seeds (For the topping - optional)|
1. Add frozen berries and banana to a blender. Blend on low until only small bits remain.
2. Add coconut or almond milk and protein powder. Blend on low again until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
3. Scoop into one or two serving bowls and top with desired toppings.
