114 gm Bacon, uncured, Nature's Choice
3 cup Water (as needed)

Instructions


In large pot combine beans with enough water to cover by 1 inch. Heat until boiling, then turn down heat to simmer.

Check periodically to make sure beans do not run dry. Cook until beans are tender, then add bacon. Let simmer again until beans and bacon have thickened.
