1 tsp Black pepper
1 can (15oz) Cannellini beans, canned (drained and washed)
1 cup chopped Carrots
1 cup diced Celery (diced)
6 cup Chicken broth (stock), low sodium
1 tsp Crushed red pepper
3 clove(s) Garlic (diced)
1 1/2 cup Ham (finely diced)
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cup Water
1 medium Yellow onion (diced)


Sauté onions, garlic for 5 mins in large stock pot on medium-high heat, then add carrots, celery and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add chicken broth and cook on medium heat for another 10 minutes.

Add ham and beans to pot and cook on low-medium heat for 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
