1 whole lime(s) | Lime peel (zest) (optional, if using a full lime) |
1 whole lime(s) | Lime juice (fresh) (about 2.5 tbs) |
3 tbsp | Mayonnaise (use any kind you have/like - vegan, avocado, olive oil etc.) |
1/2 tbsp | Maple syrup, pure |
1/2 tbsp | Hot sauce (Valentina's is my favourite, but use any you like!) |
1/2 tsp | Himalayan salt (or to taste) |
1/2 tsp | Black pepper (to taste) |
1 tsp | Cumin |
Put all ingredients in a mason jar, bowl or other salad dressing container, shake or whisk together.
Store in fridge for up to a week.
