Southwest Lime Dressing

Use on any salad, coleslaw or as a sauce for seafood.

Ingredients


1 whole lime(s) Lime peel (zest) (optional, if using a full lime)
1 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh) (about 2.5 tbs)
3 tbsp Mayonnaise (use any kind you have/like - vegan, avocado, olive oil etc.)
1/2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1/2 tbsp Hot sauce (Valentina's is my favourite, but use any you like!)
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Cumin

Instructions


Put all ingredients in a mason jar, bowl or other salad dressing container, shake or whisk together. 

Store in fridge for up to a week.
