3 tbsp | Taco seasoning mix, McCormick (any brand) |
1/2 cup | Salsa, ready-to-serve |
3/4 cup | Jasmine rice, dry (uncooked) |
Season chicken with 1/3 of the taco seasoning. Sauté until almost done.
Add corn medley and remainder of taco seasoning. Cook until chicken fully cooked and corn is warm.
Cook rice separately and then add to the rest of the ingredients. Top with salsa and serve.
