Ingredients


3 cup Sweet yellow corn (frozen, thawed)
1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned
114 gm Green chili pepper (also chile or chilli)
1 cup Red bell pepper (finely diced)
1/2 cup Red onion (finely diced)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (large; diced)
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1 fruit Lime (juiced)
2 clove(s) Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions


1. Drain black beans.

2. Dice bell pepper, red onion, and garlic into small pieces.

3. Cut cilantro into small pieces.

4. Dice avocado.

5. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add spices, and squeeze lime juice on top.

6. Stir until well combined.
