Ingredients


1/2 cup Sour cream, 14% M.F. (or Greek yogurt)
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Cilantro (coriander) ((lightly packed))
1 tsp Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli) (optional)
1/2 fruit Lime (Juice from)
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 dash Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions


  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Process on high for about 30 seconds.

  • Serve immediately or chill for an hour (or longer) prior to serving. It will keep in the fridge for a few days in an airtight container.
