1 cup Lettuce, romaine (chopped)
1/4 cup Black beans, canned (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup Frozen yellow corn kernels (thawed)
1 small Tomato (diced)
2 green onion (stem) Green onion, scallion, ramp (chopped)
1/8 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (optional)
1/4 cup Black olives (sliced, optional)
1/4 cup Ranch salad dressing, reduced fat (or sour cream or Greek yogurt, dressing)
1/8 cup Salsa, ready-to-serve (dressing)
1 tbsp Taco seasoning mix, McCormick (dressing)


1. Combine ingredients for dressing and pour into the bottom of your mason jar.


2. Begin layering your ingredients: romaine, beans, corn, tomato, romaine, green onion, olives, cheese.


3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge 2-3 days.
