1/4 cup Quinoa, uncooked ((50 grams cooked))
50 gm Black beans, canned
50 gm Sweet corn, canned, drained
100 gm Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
30 gm Avocado
86 gm Beef, flank steak, boneless, lean and fat, 0mm (0") trim
1 sprig Cilantro (coriander)
1 tsp Cumin (optional)

Instructions


Instructions:

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. Pan sear steak until fully cooked (145 degrees F), then slice into strips.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, corn kernels, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices.
  4. Arrange grilled steak strips on top.
  5. Season with lime juice, chopped cilantro, and a sprinkle of cumin.
  6. Mix gently and enjoy!
