2 cup Brown rice, long-grain, cooked
1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned (drained and rinsed)
1 small White onion (minced)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Tomato paste, canned
1 tbsp Chili powder
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt


In a large sauce pan, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add tomato paste and chili powder.

Add cooked rice and 1/4 cup water.

Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add beans and cook about 5 minutes more.

Add salt to taste.
