Ingredients


2 tbsp chopped Carrots
1/4 cup diced Celery
1/2 cup chopped Cucumber, peeled
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (mixed with a dash of balsamic vinegar)
3 cup Lettuce, romaine
1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low fat
1 small Pear
1/2 small pepper(s) Red bell pepper (sliced)
142 gm Tuna, albacore, flaked, canned in water
1/2 tbsp chopped Yellow onion

Instructions


Combine lettuce and vegetables in a bowl and add dressing (olive oil and balsamic vinegar).
In another bowl, add tuna, onions, celery, carrots and mayonnaise. Mix until it is completely combined.
Arrange salad on a plate, top with a scoop of tuna salad, and serve.
Enjoy the pear for desert.
