Ingredients


1 can drained Tuna, albacore, flaked, canned in water
1/4 small stalk(s) Celery (diced)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (sliced)
1 heart Artichoke heart, raw (cut into quarters)
1/2 cup Cucumber (peeled, sliced)
1 small Pear (chopped)
1/2 tbsp Green onion, scallion, ramp
1/4 small Carrots (chopped)
3 cup Lettuce, romaine (or mixed greens)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions


Combine lettuce and vegetables in a bowl and add dressing (olive oil and balsamic vinegar).

Drain canned tuna and arrange it on top of the salad.

Season with salt and pepper.
