| 1 grapefruit | Grapefruit (pink or red) (halved) |

1. Preheat your oven's broiler on high. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Spray each half of grapefruit with coconut oil.
3. Sprinkle each with salt, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice.
4. Place grapefruit halves on a baking tray and broil, 6-8 inches from the top of the oven, for 2-3 minutes. The top of each grapefruit half should be browned.
5. Place each half onto a plate & top with walnuts & yogurt.
6. Drizzle honey on top & enjoy!
