Spiced Broiled Grapefruit

1 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1 dash Allspice, ground
1 grapefruit Grapefruit (pink or red) (halved)
1 pinch Salt


  1. Preheat your oven's broiler on high. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice.
  3. Drizzle the coconut oil and spices on the two halves of the cut grapefruit. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  4. Place grapefruit halves on the baking tray and broil, 6-8 inches from the top of the oven, for 2-3 minutes. The top of each grapefruit half should be browned. Enjoy!
