1/4 tsp | Ginger, ground |
1/8 tsp | Allspice, ground |
1 grapefruit | Grapefruit (pink or red) (halved) |
1 pinch | Salt |
1. Preheat your oven's broiler on high. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix together the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice.
3. Drizzle the coconut oil and spices on the two halves of the cut grapefruit. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
4. Place grapefruit halves on baking tray and broil, 6-8 inches from the top of the oven, for 2-3 minutes. The top of each grapefruit half should be browned. Enjoy!
